How to Create a Distribution List in Outlook

This is for people you often email, such as your Occupational Advisory Committee Members

  • Click on People on the bottom left of your First Pane
  • Choose New Contact Group
  • Name the Group: Occupational Advisory Committee Members
  • Click on Add Members
  • From Outlook Email, find them in the outlook global list if they are LCSB employees or type in their email, if they are not a part of LCS by clicking on New Email Contact
  • Save and Close

Now when you want to send an email, click on new email, then click the name of the group in the To: field, or find the Group in your Contacts List.
