Accessibility Policy

Lake Technical College is committed to ensuring accessibility of its website for students, parents, and members of the community with disabilities.

To comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act and the 1973 Rehabilitation Act, Lake Technical College makes its website more accessible by providing among others a “skip navigation” link on all pages, text descriptions for all links so that can be read by a screen reader, using alternative text in photos and images, ensuring headings follow an hierarchical order, ensuring that tables & forms have the correct HTML structure and descriptions, & by training our staff to comply and enforce accessibility requirements.

Some of our documents on this site are in Portable Document Format (PDF). To view them, you may download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader or view the alternate HTML version provided.

In the event that inaccessible content or functionality is encountered, such content should be reported so that the content or functionality can be made accessible.

If, because of a disability, you are unable to access content on Lake Technical College’ website, have questions or suggestions about the accessibility of content or technology used by Lake Technical College, and/or would like to report barriers to accessing any technology used by the Lake Technical College, including this website, please come to the Admissions Office for assistance or contact:
