LTC Welcomes Leesburg High CTE Students

Lake Technical College welcomed approximately forty five Leesburg High School Career Technical Education students to campus on April 15th, 2019. The students were split into 4 groups based on their career interests and CTE track areas, and toured through campus by current Lake Tech Student Ambassadors. Students were able to see a CNC project in progress, experience the live ambulance simulator, and practice their bead lines on a welding simulator. Students who complete CTE tracks at Leesburg high school can earn hours towards Lake Technical College programs.

Lake Technical College hosts private tours for public and private school students, and other community organizations. If you would like to schedule a tour of Lake Tech please contact Christine Robertson at robertsonc1@lake.k12.fl.us. At Lake Tech we pride ourselves on holding success as a tradition and giving our students the opportunity to learn a career in a year.
