Accounting and Administrative Office Specialist Instructor – full-time position (37.5 hours per week)

  • Minimum 5 years in-field industry experience or equivalency with a degree
  • Teaching experience is a plus, although not required.
  • Experience in accounting principles, payroll, tax forms, control systems, QuickBooks, advanced Microsoft Office, financial reports, desktop publishing and office procedures is required.

Pharmacy Technician Instructor – full-time position (37.5 hours per week)

  • Minimum 5 years in-field industry experience or equivalency with a degree
    • In-field experience to include retail, inpatient and specialty experience is preferred but not required.
  • Teaching experience is a plus, although not required.
  • Position involves face-to-face classroom & lab teaching, also student externship planning, supervision and site visits.

Phlebotomy Technician Adjunct Instructor – part-time position

  • Minimum 5 years in-field industry experience or equivalency with a degree
    • In-field experience to include inpatient and outpatient phlebotomy and/or the three venipuncture styles, vacutainer, syringe and butterfly. Other essential skills include; safety and infection control, patient communication and education, law and ethics.
  • Teaching experience is a plus, although not required.
  • Position involves hybrid and face-to-face classroom & lab teaching.

  • Registered Nurse (BSN is preferred but not required)

  • Position involves face-to-face classroom teaching, as well as online (virtual) teaching/meeting with students & travel to clinical sites and simulation labs.

Accounting Specialist – full time (40 hrs./week)

This role’s primary function is the processing of daily accounting transactions including accounts receivable billing, cash receipts and past due balances.

  • Process daily deposits and apply all payments to customer/student accounts (e.g., check, ACH, credit card)
  • Process refunds and reimbursements
  • Contact vendors/students for payment status on past due balances
  • Maintain all AR records
  • Prepare journal entries
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Create customer invoices and manage billing processes for scholarships and grants
  • Experience with Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT accounting system preferred
