The online orientation supports the following browsers:  Mozilla/Firefox 10 or above, Internet Explorer 9 or above, and Safari 1.x or above.  It is always a good idea to download the most recent version of your browser.  Note that Google Chrome will not enable you to print the necessary certificate at the end of this orientation.  Adobe Flash Player must be installed and enabled to operate the interactive tools and necessary certificate, as well.  Acceptable operating systems are Windows 7/8/10, VISTA, and Macintosh OS X.

Viewing content on most smart phones and tablets is supported. No ”App” is required for viewing in a web browser. SoftChalk content can be viewed with most mobile-device web browsers.

When you click the following link, a box will pop up asking for User Identification. Simply key in your full name, then choose Submit.  For the next pop-up, click Continue, then begin your Orientation.  Now, click this link for Lake Technical College’s Student Orientation and this link for Campus Sexual Violence Elimination Act.

All students must complete this orientation and review the Campus Sexual Violence Elimination Act prior to the first day of class.  At the end of this orientation there are two items you must print and submit to your instructor;  1) a quiz certificate and an 2) Acknowledgement of Responsibility Form.  Please read the entire orientation carefully.
