The Lealman Fire District is currently hiring for Firefighter/ Paramedic, Firefighter / EMT.

Firefighter /EMT’s must become a Paramedic per employment agreement.

Candidates must have Fire-TEAM testing and NTN issued CPAT through National Testing Network (NTN). This hiring period will remain open until positions are filled.
Department Description: Lealman Fire District is located in Pinellas County Florida. It is comprised of residential, multifamily, commercial and industrial complexes. We are one of the busiest departments in Pinellas County running nearly 10,000 Fire and EMS calls a year. Members of our department enjoy a generous benefit package, excellent equipment and working environment. We currently operate three stations. Out of those are run three ALS engines, one ALS rescue and our District Chief.

Pay ranges of:
Firefighter / Paramedic $45,744.00 – $66,708.00.
Firefighter / EMT $41,156.00 – $59,316.00

Age: 18
US Citizen: Yes
High School Grad/GED: Yes
Valid FLORIDA State Driver’s License: Yes
Ability to Read/Speak English: Yes
College: No

Possession of current Florida certifications as follows:
Florida Firefighter II Certificate of Compliance from Florida Bureau of Fire Standards and Training.
State of Florida Certified Paramedic
State of Florida Certified EMT
ACLS, ITLS or PHTLS, and CPR.
