Staff RN – LHHS – FT/PT/FLEX/PRN
Adheres to community standards and maintains the highest degree of quality care at all times.
MDS Coordinator – FT
Responsible for conducting and coordinating the development and completion of resident assessments, in accordance with the requirements of State, Federal and Company guidelines. Responsible for overseeing the generation of Minimum Data Set (MDS) for each Medicare patient and electronic transmission of required data within timeframe mandated by the State. Requires LPN license.
LPN – LHHS – FT/PT/FLEX/PRN
Provides residents with nursing services and administers medications and treatments in accordance with physicians’ orders within state licensure regulations.
CNA – LHHS & Personalized Living – FT/PT/FLEX/PRN
Provides direct care to residents, while promoting the resident’s highest level of functioning, as directed by Management.
Cook – Part-time
Prepares and cooks meals for communities and maintains standards of kitchen cleanliness.
Server – Part-time
Provides quick, efficient, and pleasant delivery of food to residents and guests, ensuring all quality standards of food and service are being met.
Utilities – Part-time
Operates the dish machine and maintains the cleanliness of the dish machine area.
Driver – Part-time
Provides transportation to the residents for appointments and errands, such as medical appointments, banking, shopping, worship services, entertainment, and other miscellaneous activities. Ensures safety of all passengers.
Housekeeper – Full-time
Under supervision, cleans, polishes, and sanitizes gathering and public spaces including lobbies, halls, stairwells, activities rooms, dining rooms, elevators, etc. to present the community in a positive and impressive manner.
Floor Technician – Full-time
Cleans public area floors to include sweeping, dusting, damp/wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, disinfecting, etc. Properly sets up appropriate caution and safety signs to ensure safety of residents and visitors; removes signs as appropriate. Cleans carpets including vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, and disinfecting.
