Mission: The mission of the Paramedic program is to provide competent, confident and caring entry level emergency medical professionals for the practice of prehospital emergency medical care.

*The TABE is to be taken prior to picking up an application. Applicants with documented AS degree or higher or TABE results within the previous two years of program start date are exempt from this requirement.
Admission Requirements
- Current State of Florida EMT Certification
- Current “professional” CPR card
- Completed Lake Tech application and Completed Lake Tech EMS Programs application
- Completed TABE – Level A. State required scores to receive a program certificate of completion are: Reading 11, Language 11, Math 11
- Consultation with a counselor
