Hours: 770 hours, approximately 5 months (19 weeks)

Admissions Requirements:
Application must be at least 18 years old, and have a high school diploma or its equivalent
Location: LTC’s Institute of Public Safety
Testing Requirements: Criminal Justice Basic Abilities Test (CJBAT), Physical Abilities Test (PAT), psychological exam if accepted into the program (NFSI). Criminal Justice Basic Abilities Test (CJBAT) requires a minimum score of 80%.

Steps to Enroll

  3. Take the TABE and/or placement tests
  4. Meet with a counselor/career advisor
  5. Register and pay tuition and fees
  6. Purchase books and supplies
  7. Complete the new student orientation online prior to the first day of class
