- Takes phone orders and completes delivery tickets in a courteous and timely manner.
- Deliver sandwiches to customers in the designated delivery area in a safe, courteous and timely manner.
- Check all products for accuracy against quality standards.
- Work as in-shopper when no delivers are scheduled.
- Performs other related duties as required.
- Fills out systems and procedures with 100% accuracy.

Assistant Manager
Manages all functions of a Jimmy John’s restaurant to ensure customer service and high-quality products are delivered to maintain restaurant profitability when the General Manager in not on duty. Responsible for the successful execution of fast, accurate sandwiches, world class customer service while maintaining a clean and organized shift.
- Manages a staff of 3 to 15 employees. Assigns, oversees and evaluates work. Recommends promotion, transfer or termination of employees based on performance.
- Provides on-the-job training for new employees.
- Supervises food preparation and service operations while on duty. Assists in-shoppers in greeting customers, taking orders, using the cash register, assembling order and checking for completeness and correctness.
- Completes daily food preparation, forecasts food items, receives and stores product, completes daily and weekly paperwork and completes closing procedures.
- Executes systems and procedures with 100% integrity and completeness.
- Audits previous shift’s systems and procedures for 100% integrity and completeness.
- Responsible for 100% of the cash drawers at all times during the shift.
- Completes preventive maintenance and upkeep on store’s equipment and supplies.
- Performs other related duties as required.
- Handle and resolve customer threats and issues.
- Handle and resolve employee issues.
- Handle stress and high volume operations.
- Skilled in use of personal computer and software packages (Word, Excel).
- Willing to work overtime, holidays, weekends as business dictates.
