General Summary: The Centra Care Referral/ Concierge agent, under general supervision, may perform multiple non-clinical duties and specific services necessary to expedite the efficient management and scheduling of Workers’ Compensation and private referrals, participate in the Risk medical records activities, as well as answering calls in the queue for the Concierge Service. The agent directs Concierge Service customers calling the Centra Care locations, communicating information to the caller as well as routing the patient/caller or client appropriately. The agent services customers from various insurance companies and workers’ compensation adjusters with requested information. Incorporates in the call various marketing campaigns that promote health & wellness. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
Shift: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Location: Centra Care Corporate – Maitland, FL.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: Computer literate in a windows environment with MS e-mail, Word, Excel; typing ability of 30 wpm, basic knowledge of office equipment. Exceptional customer service & telephone etiquette necessary. Ability to direct customers with health related issues appropriately. Excels in verbal ability. HIPAA awareness.
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Medical Terminology.
- Medical records experience or certification helpful.
- Experience in a call center environment.
- Excellent Customer Service
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- High School graduate required.
- Excellent Customer Service experience required.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Call Center Environment preferred
- Medical Terminology preferred
