Contractor Named For Center for Advanced Manufacturing Building

Lake Technical College is excited to name Evergreen Construction as the contractor to undertake the new Center for Advanced Manufacturing building. Mark Starcher, President of Evergreen Construction, said they are “honored to have been chosen… and [we] look forward to an on-time and on budget delivery.” Evergreen Construction is a Lake County based construction manager/general contractor business that specializes in education, health care, and institutional projects. They have previously completed projects for Lake County Schools, Leesburg Regional Medical Center, Villages Hospital, Florida Waterman Hospital, South Lake Hospital, Beacon College, Mt. Dora Christian Academy, and the Cities of Eustis and Leesburg. Construction on the 24,000 square foot, state-of-the-art Center for Advanced Manufacturing will begin in December and the building is set to open fall of 2017.
