Follow these easy steps and it won’t be long before you are on the path to your future!
STEP 1 Explore Your Funding Options
Apply online at www.fafsa.ed.gov (Lake Technical Center Code – 013000)
Lake Tech offers Pell grants, accepts Bright Futures, and the Florida Prepaid College Plan. Most programs are approved for VA Scholarships are also available.
STEP 2 Complete an Application
You can do this online or in person. Residency documentation must be submitted as well.
STEP 3 Take the Appropriate Admission and/or Placement Tests
STEP 4 Meet with a Counselor
Discuss test scores, career goals, and program requirements.
STEP 5 Register for your Program
Pay your tuition and fees in the business office.
STEP 6 Purchase your books and supplies
STEP 7 Complete the online orientation prior to your first day of class
